Terms built for a changing product.

These terms govern use of the SeatSavvy website, early-access watchlists, planned alert features, and outbound travel links. By using SeatSavvy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What SeatSavvy provides

SeatSavvy is an early-access travel information, watchlist, and routing service for premium-cabin fares and private empty-leg opportunities. It may show provider-supplied results, partner search links, benchmarks, samples, or other fare leads. The label attached to each result describes the evidence available. Our Methodology explains those labels.

2. SeatSavvy is not the ticket seller

  • SeatSavvy does not issue tickets or control airline, OTA, metasearch, or broker inventory.
  • Your booking contract is with the provider that accepts the booking and payment.
  • The provider—not SeatSavvy—sets the final price, currency, taxes, fees, fare rules, refunds, schedule, aircraft, and availability.
  • Private empty-leg flights are separate, time-sensitive broker opportunities and may change or disappear without notice.

3. Fares are not guaranteed; alerts are not active

Airfares can change between discovery, link opening, search, checkout, and payment. A listed price is not a reservation, hold, quote, or promise that seats remain available. Saving a watchlist route records early-access demand only: matching and alert delivery are not running, and no alert email should be expected today. If delivery is activated later, alerts may still be delayed, filtered, interrupted, or missed.

Always verify the itinerary, total price, trip type, currency, taxes, baggage, change and cancellation rules, cabin on every segment, passenger count, visa and entry requirements, accessibility needs, and provider identity before paying.

4. Early-access status

SeatSavvy is under active development. Features and data sources may be added, limited, suspended, or removed, and provider connections may be sandboxed or temporarily unavailable. Email is the only planned delivery preference currently collected. Matching and email delivery are not running; WhatsApp, Google Chat, and web push are not active. We will label material limitations where they affect a result, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised.

5. Partner links and compensation

Clear disclosure

A partner CTA should state, close to the link: “SeatSavvy may earn a commission if you book.” A tracked or affiliate link may include attribution parameters.

Independent ranking

Commercial compensation is not an input to SeatSavvy's deal score or result ordering. Sponsored placements, if introduced, will be labeled and kept distinct from organic rankings.

No booking surcharge

SeatSavvy does not add a booking fee to the provider's checkout. The provider controls the final price and may change it at any time.

6. Accounts and contact details

  • Provide accurate watchlist and email-preference information.
  • Keep your signed-in account secure.
  • Do not share an account in a way that bypasses product limits or creates security risk.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use SeatSavvy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls except where law expressly permits.
  • Scrape or automate the service in a way that harms SeatSavvy or violates a provider's rights or terms.
  • Submit malicious code, false attribution, or another person's contact details without authority.
  • Copy, resell, or misrepresent SeatSavvy data or branding as your own service.

8. Third-party services

SeatSavvy links to and depends on third-party airlines, travel sites, affiliate networks, brokers, authentication providers, and infrastructure. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you use their services. Notification delivery is not currently active. SeatSavvy is not responsible for third-party content, inventory, security, performance, decisions, or fulfillment. A link does not mean that SeatSavvy guarantees or endorses every part of the provider's offer.

9. SeatSavvy content and feedback

The SeatSavvy name, design, software, original copy, and methodology are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal or internal business travel planning in accordance with these terms. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve SeatSavvy without an obligation to compensate you.

10. Paid plans

The current service is early access. Before any paid plan, recurring charge, or trial begins, SeatSavvy will disclose the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included features, cancellation method, and applicable refund terms. We will obtain the consent required by applicable law and provide a reasonably simple way to cancel.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SeatSavvy and request deletion of your data. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, infrastructure, or the service; address suspected misuse; comply with law; or retire the early-access product. Where practical, we will provide notice.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SeatSavvy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a successful booking. To the extent permitted by law, SeatSavvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by fare changes, reliance on a saved watchlist or planned alert, travel disruption, provider conduct, or decisions made from a benchmark or sample.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live.

13. Changes, questions, and notices

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be identified by the updated date and, where appropriate, an additional notice. Continued use after an effective revision means you accept the revised terms, except where law requires another form of consent.

Questions or legal notices can be sent to apps@brainystack.co. See the Privacy Notice for data requests.
